Royal Sundaram is a residential apartment building developed by Sukhani Ventures in 2009, located in C-Scheme, Jaipur, one of the city’s most established and sought-after neighbourhoods. The project was designed to offer comfortable urban living while integrating limited commercial spaces on the lower floors, creating a mixed-use development suited for everyday convenience. Royal Sundaram holds a special place in our journey as it was one of the earliest projects led by Mr. Vikram Sukhani, marking the beginning of our development footprint in Jaipur.
