2006 — Foundations in Construction
Sukhani Ventures began with hands-on construction and real estate development. Our early years were spent building commercial projects across Jaipur, including developments like Royal Sundaram and Ganpati Plaza. This phase laid the groundwork for us.
2010 — Entered Hospitality Development
With Rajasthan’s tourism landscape evolving, we stepped into hospitality development. This marked a shift - from building structures to building experiences. We developed landmark hospitality projects in partnership with trusted brands, including The Leela Palace and Sarovar Portico, with a strong focus on operations, guest flow, and finishing detail.
Today — Building Across Key Destinations
Today, Sukhani Ventures is expanding across Rajasthan. We work with global brands and partners to create hotels and destinations that are thoughtfully planned, well-built, and designed for long-term value.
Alongside hospitality, we are also venturing into premium residential and commercial real estate, applying the same long-term mindset to every development.
Meet The People Behind The Journey
Every business has a beginning and ours started far before hospitality.
What began as a family-led venture in garments and trading gradually evolved into construction and real estate, and eventually into hospitality development. The shift came from years of learning on-ground, understanding systems, and building with patience.
Mr. Mohan Sukhani
A seasoned visionary in the field of construction, Mr. Mohan Sukhani laid the early groundwork for what would eventually become Sukhani Ventures. With decades of experience developing commercial and residential buildings, he built a reputation rooted in integrity, craftsmanship, and a deep understanding of infrastructure.
When his son, Mr. Vikram Sukhani, set his sights on the hospitality industry, Mr. Mohan Sukhani was a constant pillar of support—offering both wisdom and strength to help turn vision into reality.
Today, he continues to play an active role in the company, guiding its growth with the same dedication and values that have defined his legacy in construction.

Mr. Vikram Sukhani
The visionary behind Sukhani Ventures, Mr. Vikram Sukhani, laid the foundation of the company with an unwavering commitment to luxury, excellence, and customer satisfaction. With a rich background in the garment export industry and fashion design, he always had an eye for detail and an innate understanding of what defines premium experiences.
In 2010, he ventured into the hospitality industry, developing the first business hotel—Sarovar Portico Jaipur.
His journey in hospitality continues at a rapid pace, with new hotels set to launch in Jaipur, Udaipur, and Ranthambore, further cementing Sukhani Ventures as a leader in Rajasthan’s luxury hospitality sector.
